3rd Asset Companies Inc. is a privately held Texas operating company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We develop and manage focused ventures across specialty commerce, digital products, software platforms, logistics, and commercial services.

Our role is to turn defined market opportunities into professionally operated businesses. We provide a shared foundation of venture strategy, brand development, customer experience, digital commerce, technology, vendor relations, and operational support.

We are not building a collection of disconnected ideas. Each venture must serve an identifiable customer, address a meaningful need, and have a practical path toward sustainable growth.

We have highly skilled engineers with excellent technical knowledge and experience in using the latest software standards. We have built a large pool of knowledge that we apply to deliver solutions that meet client’s needs, expectations and budget.

3rd Asset LLC was formed in Missouri, with ATM and Photo Booth startup businesses growing and spinning off into their own separate companies

3rd Asset Companies LLC emerged and created digital services and products for ecommerce.

2025

Corporate Formation

3rd Asset Companies Inc. was established in Texas to serve as the operating company for a developing portfolio of specialized ventures.

Operating Foundation

The company began organizing shared capabilities in venture strategy, customer experience, brand development, digital commerce, technology, and vendor relations.

Developing Venture Portfolio

Biztorials continued as the company’s digital-products venture, GovOppVantage advanced as a specialized software platform, and new specialty-commerce concepts entered development.
